Assists the Mohs surgeon by providing and controlling surgical instruments and equipment during Mohs stages. Ensures that instruments and supplies are cleaned, sterilized and available as needed. Provides hands on assisting with Mohs procedures. Assists with lab/pathology processing of Mohs specimens. In addition, the surgical assistant will assist the dermatologist providers in day-to-day dermatology patient flow.
Schedule all general dermatology appointments. Answer all incoming calls and triage to the correct department or individual. Also responsible for rescheduling cancelled appointments or follow up appointments. Demonstrates sensitivity to patient’s needs and requirements. Demonstrates superior telephone and interpersonal skills.
This is a primarily remote position but you must reside in MA, NH, RI, NY or CT.

Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related to administrative functions, reviewing account histories with customers and posting payment and adjustments. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

We are looking for an organized, patient-centered individual to join our Billing Team as a Patient Collections Representative. This is a mainly remote position with occasional travel to our Acton office.

Under the general supervision of the clinician and reporting directly to the Practice Manager, the Medical Assistant shall provide direct and indirect care to a specified group of patients in our Plastic Surgery healthcare setting. Medical Assistants work in collaboration with the clinician and other support staff within the office location and with other disciplines to deliver quality patient care.
