APDerm is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee coding, billing, and patient accounting. • Oversee revenue cycle processes to ensure timely claim submissions and effective accounts receivable management.
• Collaborate directly with our PHO partners and manage multiple TIN billing.
• Continuously evaluate employee staffing levels, performance, and productivity, fostering a culture of communication and ongoing training.
• Utilize robust reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to review revenue cycle functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain adherence to established processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively across functions and assist with escalated patient grievances related to revenue cycle issues.
• Lead the integration and onboarding of new practices, maintaining smooth billing operations throughout.
