Overview

APDerm is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee coding, billing, and patient accounting. Please note that we are seeking local candidates only and the individual that we hire must be open to traveling to our corporate office in Acton periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue cycle processes to ensure timely claim submissions and effective accounts receivable management.
  • Collaborate directly with our PHO partners and manage multiple TIN billing.
  • Continuously evaluate employee staffing levels, performance, and productivity, fostering a culture of communication and ongoing training.
  • Utilize robust reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to review revenue cycle functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to established processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively across functions and assist with escalated patient grievances related to revenue cycle issues.
  • Lead the integration and onboarding of new practices, maintaining smooth billing operations throughout.

The salary for this role will range from USD $85,000 to $115,345 annually, based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
