Licensed Aesthetician or Aesthetic Nurse

APDerm is looking for an Experienced Licensed Aesthetician or Aesthetic Nurse. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years laser experience.

• Educate and treat clients on treatments and expectations
• Document treatments thoroughly in the EMR 
• Follow medical professional’s orders/treatment plan
• HIPAA Compliance
• Infection Control Compliance
• Replenish and get the room ready for the next day
• Duties delegated by Manager (i.e. order supplies)
• Maintains a ONETeam mindset using the foundation of our core values, the 3Ps: Positivity, Productivity, and Professionalism.
• Support APDerm’s mission and culture of high-quality standards by carrying out applicable policies, procedures and established industry standards, laws and regulations. Examples include adhering to privacy and data protection practices, ensuring a safe workplace, and reporting observed or suspected behavior and actions that do not meet APDerm standards.
• Complete all assigned required training by the deadline including, but not limited the Code of Conduct, Privacy & Data Security, and OSHA.

• Maintain current state Aesthetician license
• Proven Sales ability and aesthetic experience is required
• 1-2 years of laser experience
• Able to stand 6-8 hours per shift
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the industry
• Able to lift 20 pounds
