Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of financial analysis projects to meet the reporting and analytic needs of our organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Insights, the FP&A Analyst will play a key role in maintaining daily metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, while providing valuable business insights through data analysis.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial trends and develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for future financial performance.
  • Ensure the integrity of data by monitoring KPIs and identifying variances.
  • Develop and improve financial projections based on thorough analysis.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports, presentations, and deliverables needed for financial tracking and decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support and business insight to operations and senior management.
  • Advise the Vice President of Finance on existing and evolving financial issues.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis as required to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent amount of education and experience.
  • Must have previous experience working in healthcare.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to managers and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for defining issues, establishing facts, and drawing sound conclusions.

Salary 80-95K
